At Pippin, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer a simple and easy return process.
How to Return Your Item:

Check the Package: Upon delivery, you have the right to inspect the contents of the package while the courier is still outside. If for whatever reason you do not want the product, please inform the courier and you will only be responsible for the delivery fees.

Return Window: You have a 3-day window from the delivery date to return any items.

Condition of Item: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags intact. Please ensure that the item has not been washed or used.

Return Process: If you are within the return window and the item meets the conditions above, please contact us by sending a direct message on our instagram page or send an e-mail to pippinegypt@gmail.com to initiate the return process.
Package the item in its original packaging, and we will arrange a courier to come pick-up your return, you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.

Refund or Exchange: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange, depending on your preference. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
